SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

The members of the Kelowna City Band are volunteers, however the band does have expenses that must be met in order for the organization to continue. Among these expenses are rehearsal hall rentals, the purchase of music, music stands, uniforms and other supplies, maintenance of our trailer, percussion equipment and other items, and a conductor honorarium.

We are proud of our very long history, and in order to continue we are requesting support from the local business community. In exchange for a contribution, sponsors will receive advertising on our trailer, on a sign that is displayed at all concerts, and recognition on our web site, including a link to the sponsor's web site. Sponsors will also receive a plaque to display in their place of business. .Although the band is a non-profit society, it does not have a charitable tax number. However, businesses can write off their contribution as an advertising expense.

The following annual levels of contributions are available:

Bronze Sponsorship	$250
Silver Sponsorship	$500
Gold Sponsorship	$750
Platinum Sponsorship	$1000

The size of advertising space allocated depends on the level of sponsorship. Platinum sponsors enjoy the added benefit of having a concert sponsored solely by them.
